The challenge
Sending a parcel across the city usually means calling a courier, haggling over price and then waiting with no idea where the rider is. Small businesses doing this every day lose hours to it.
MFast wanted a delivery service that feels as simple as booking a cab, and an operations team that can see every order, rider and payment in one place.
The approach
I designed around the six things a customer actually does: enter pickup, add drop, describe the parcel, confirm, track and receive. Every screen does one of those jobs.
The app uses a dark interface with a single orange accent, so the map and the live rider position stay readable outdoors and at night.
What I built
Customer apps: Android & iOS
Instant booking with upfront pricing by vehicle type, saved addresses, parcel details and live tracking from pickup to drop-off.
Live tracking
The rider's position streams to the customer's map, with status updates at every stage of the delivery.
Admin panel
The operations team manages orders, delivery partners, pricing and customers, and can step in on any delivery in real time.
The results
MFast is live on Google Play, rated 4.4★ by early users who single out the smooth UI and how easy booking is.
Businesses and individuals book same-day local deliveries in under a minute and follow them live until the parcel arrives.
